Ken was born and raised in Renton, and has always loved working with wood.  He was introduced to turning about ten years ago and has found a satisfying outlet for his creativity. 

 

His family provides great support through marketing and sales.  Ken’s favorite wood for turning is camphor, as is his daughter Kendra’s; Cyndi’s favorite is zebra wood, although canary wood and olive are catching up.

When not in the woodshop, Ken and Cyndi enjoy spending time with their kids and nine grandkids.
